Threat Monitoring (on-going)
On-going monitoring of threats reported by US-CERT and other agencies. Critical threats are reported to clients immediately; other threats and updates reported monthly or weekly, as contracted.

We will provide recommendations for specific hardware or software for your specific needs. Clients can save a considerable amount by not choosing overly-expensive computers and programs.
Custom Courses
We develop and present courses for specific needs of our clients, such as using Windows XP, using Vista, Using Macintosh OS X, “How Does the Internet Work” and many other topics. Please ask us about any specific courses you may require.
Instructional Videos
We create custom instructional videos in QuickTime on specific topics. These videos are meant to complement our live courses, and can include topics such as setting up specific anti-virus software, setting up a wireless router, setting security settings, etc.
